What are your two primary services?
Fully Managed estimation Services – MeBumi monitors, manages, supports, and secures all Estimation requirements and users for a fixed and predictable monthly fee.
Bespoke Estimation Solutions – We support internal Estimation as an extension of your team. This role includes takeoffs, tender scouting, quote generation and special projects. We handle the backend while in-house Estimation team manages everything else.

How are you different?
Having lived and worked in UK and Australia, our founder understands the client expectations when it comes to quality, on time delivery and communication. Estimation is not just about providing figures and analysis, it is also about passing on key information- assumptions, abnormalities in projects, presentation of the data.
Does time differences affect work?
We prefer takeoffs and estimation services on tender projects which are usually released two or more weeks prior to the submission deadlines. This keeps us well organised to plan our work week ahead. Time zones can be used as an advantage by our client if they pass on some work which is past their working hours.
What is your lead times for a project?
Our Standard lead time is 2-5 working days
depending upon the size of the projects, complexity
of the projects, quality of drawings, etc.
We aim to deliver tender projects well in advance to
the submission date.
We aim to deliver live projects in 1-2 business days.
How accurate are your takeoffs?
Our estimates and takeoffs are done by experienced estimators of not less than 3 years of experience. In order to ensure quality of work it is then passed on to Quality Check Estimators to have a fresh look at the project. Having said this, we do recommend having a quick look at the takeoffs to make sure changing site conditions are accounted for.
How do you determine pricing for different projects?
Our pricing is based mainly on the time taken to understand and mark up drawings, floor plans, read specifications and prepare takeoff file. We provide customized pricing tailored to each client’s specific needs and budget. Client can also go for an option of having a dedicated resource on a monthly retainer where the resource works exclusively for the client.
